This GROUP CULTURE REPORT is available when you order the Everything DiSC profile report Everything DiSC® profile, (Workplace, Productive Conflict, Sales, Management or Work of Leaders). Group Culture is a composite view of your team’s DiSC Styles and how they shape your culture. It explores how groups tend to develop their own culture in other words “the way you do things in your organization”. It poses questions for you to consider regarding what your culture rewards, criticizes, explores both drawbacks as well as advantages based on your teams DiSC culture. Reports allow you to build your very own customized group report for multiple participants, who have completed an Everything DiSC® profile – much like all DiSC reports they are designed to help you better understand a your team dynamics and culture to build more a effective working team relationships. All of the information is derived from the responses that your team members provided when answering their Everything DiSC profiles; this report also includes group a map that share %, however, it does not include participant names on the mapping.
